Pancakes for everyone! |
We used to visit the outlet at Singapore Art Museum, but they changed their menu to a fast-food one and are now specializing in burgers - which I haven't gotten around trying. Fortunately, their pancakes are still offered in their National Museum and Botanic Gardens branches.

What I like about FFT's pancakes are their consistency, the pancakes have always maintained their fluffiness and buttery taste across all outlets. Their pancakes are neatly served with vanilla cream and gula melaka syrup ( an attempt to localise the dish perhaps ) placed in separate cups. The cream and syrup used to be piled on top of the pancakes, but I suppose separating them suits those who prefer their pancakes without the extra fat.
My go-to pancakes option - milk chocolate! |
Even though we have tried many other comparable pancakes options, Food For Thought will always be my go-to place for pancakes, as it is consistent and affordable at only $9 to $13 a plate. Besides, it is always nice to be dining in a local restaurant that is so committed in helping social causes and the preservation of our culture and arts.
